'NCIS' Star's Ex Arrested After Violating Restraining Order

Ardent "NCIS" fans may find themselves hoping Mark Harmon hears about this and discovers his inner, uber-protective Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs.

Someone, after all, is seemingly trying to screw with Abby and can't take a hint.

Pauley Perrette, who stars on the hit CBS crime procedural as forensic specialist Abby Sciutto, may have been getting some unwanted attention from ex-husband Francis Shiver, better known by his professional name as indie rocker/actor Coyote Shivers. I say "better" known only because I remember him as the quasi-punk Berko in "Empire Records". I say "may have" because neither Perrette's nor law enforcement representatives will direclty address the matter's specifics.

That being said, Shiver has been arrested and held on $100,000 bail by the Los Angeles Police Department Hollywood Division on a misdemeanor count of violating a restraining order, E! Online reports.

What is known, is that the actor/musician has recently posted unflattering comments on his Tumblr account and legal documents concerning his ex. The pair were married in 2000, and divorced in 2004.

Perrette has since been engaged twice - currently, to British Royal Marine and actor Thomas Arklie as of December 2011 - but has publicly said both times that she won't marry until every state in the United States legalizes same-sex marriages.
