Muppet Man Jason Segel and Marilyn Michelle Williams Are Totally Dating

Jason Segel may have been unlucky in love in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," but he's doing quite well for himself in real life. Rumor has it that Segel was being very affectionate with Michelle Williams at the premiere for his new movie, "The Five-Year Engagement."

Segel, 32, may be best known for his starring role on CBS' "How I Met Your Mother," but he also made a name for himself in 2011 at the cinema with his reboot of "The Muppets," which he both wrote and starred in. Williams, 31, got her start with "Dawson's Creek" and has recently put together a string of much-lauded (and often award-nominated or winning) performances in movies like "Brokeback Mountain" and "My Week with Marilyn," the latter of which earned her an Oscar nominated and a Golden Globe win.

The two were reportedly holding hands all night at the event, exchanging kisses on the cheek and generally being cute. Williams avoided the red carpet and also left the event early. Of course, that might be because of her daughter, Matilda, who is the result of her relationship with the late Heath Ledger.

Segel, for his part, seems to be ready for a commitment. "I hit my thirties and enough became enough," he told People. "I'm ready to enter phase three. I put the puppets into a closet. I'm getting nice furniture."
