Mondo Reveals Three Original 'Game Of Thrones' Posters

Mondo Reveals Three Original 'Game Of Thrones' Posters Remember those stunning retro-tinged posters that artists on behalf of Austin, Texas-based collectible boutique Mondo created this past spring to celebrate "The Avengers?"

Well, the boutique of Alamo Drafthouse fame has recently made the whole of George R.R. Martin's land of Westeros its artists' latest muse.

As unveiled today online by Entertainment Weekly, here are three limited-edition, screen-printed posters with three distinctive impressions of moments from HBO's acclaimed "Game of Thrones." The original works by artists Daniel Danger, Martin Ansin and Vania Zouravliov will be shown off this week at the annual San Diego Comic-Con July 12-15, where "Games of Thrones" cast members and producers will hold an anticipated panel Friday.

For what it's worth, the hit HBO drama couldn't have chosen a more packed day for its panel if it tried. Friday's events also include panels featuring the people behind AMC's "Breaking Bad" and "The Walking Dead," Starz's "Spartacus" and the reunion of the cast and producers of Fox's mistreated "Firefly."

Ansin's black-and-white image below features a clash of House Lannister lionesses, a House Baratheon stag and wolves of House Stark. A House Targaryen dragon looms at a distance.

Below that, Danger interprets the pilot episode's very first moments. And finally....well, we dare you to take in everything Vania has woven into that single image. Let's just say it's truly, truly impressive.
