'Mom' Season 1, Episode 22: 'Smokey Taylor and a Deathbed Confession' Recap

At home, Violet's water has broken. They rush her back to the hospital. Christy continues to tease Bonnie. Roscoe wants to see the baby when it's born, but Baxter takes him aside to try and explain that they won't be seeing the baby.
Christy goes in to check on Violet and finds her attempting to flee. She calms her down and puts her back to bed.
Bonnie goes to visit Alvin, who is still in his room. He tells her that the doctor said his heart attack was small, but another big one may come. Alvin asks for forgiveness for what he did to Christy and Bonnie. After some ribbing, she agrees to accept his apology. They kiss.
The new parents come to the hospital to await the baby, and Bonnie comes out to tell Christy what happened between her and Alvin. Luke, who is stoned, wanders the hospital unable to find the room.
Christy goes to speak with Alvin, and warns him that Bonnie is very vulnerable lately and to be careful with her.
As she gives birth, Violet says she changed her mind and wants to keep the baby - so she doesn't have to go through the pain again. She informs them to go tell the Taylors she is keeping the baby. Christy reluctantly goes to speak with them, and as she is about to break the news, Bonnie runs into the lobby and grabs her. Violet changed her mind again.
The baby is born. Violet holds her daughter to say goodbye. They all tell the little girl they love her, and Violet cries as she is taken away.
Christy goes to A.A. It is her one-year sober anniversary.
