Mindy Kaling Confirms Her Pregnancy

One month after it was reported that Mindy Kaling is pregnant with her first child, the 38-year-old has confirmed the happy news.
In a preview for a new Sunday Today interview with NBC's Willie Geist, which will air in its entirety Sept.10, The Mindy Project executive producer and star revealed that she's "really excited" about the next chapter of her life.
“It’s so unknown to me," she told Geist of her impending motherhood. "I have a lot of control over a lot of aspects of my life, and this is one where I’m like, ‘OK, it’s out of my hands,’ which is kind of a fun feeling."
