'Mike & Molly' Season 3, Episode 10: 'Karaoke Christmas' Recap

'Mike & Molly' Season 3, Episode 10: 'Karaoke Christmas' Recap Mike and Molly are Christmas shopping, and Mike gets annoyed that Molly is getting gifts for everyone—including the mailman. He is justified when Molly’s card gets declined when they get to check out.

Vince comes down to show Joyce his new “hair” piece as Mike and Molly come in, disgruntled.

Mike acts as Santa at the mall, passing out toys to kids who he tries to give a stern lesson to about credit card limits. His boss comes in and tells him what Mike’s mother Peggy wants for Christmas—to spend it with Mike. He informs Mike that he needs to sleep over Christmas Eve and spend Christmas morning with them.

Molly is testing out a karaoke machine for Victoria that Harry can get a discount on. He asks to be reimbursed then, but she says she can’t. He offers to split the cost and have it be from both of them.

Joyce coos over her “sexy young lover” Vince as everyone settles in to do their traditional Christmas Eve—drinking and Christmas movies. Mike comes in after work, reluctant to tell Molly they have to go see his mother.

Peggy’s house is much less festive. They stand in a prayer circle as Peggy thanks Jesus for bringing her son back to her, and then go to a long church service.

Back at their home the night is going much better. Everyone is drinking, and Vince cries watching movies. Harry comes in to get his money, which isn’t there. He gives Victoria the karaoke machine, and everyone sings and dances. Sam comes to bring the pies from the restaurant. They bring him in to join the party.

At Peggy’s, Mike and his boss take Jim the dog outside. Peggy reluctantly admits to Molly that Mike could have done a lot worse.

Outside, Mike and his boss are bonding. They change to a first-name basis.

Back at home, everyone is still enjoying the night as Victoria sings them Christmas carols. At Peggy’s, things aren’t too bad either. Mike reads them a story, and Jim the dog runs to the window to watch the snow start falling.
