Mike of 'Breaking Bad' Will Appear on 'Parks & Recreation'

Mike of 'Breaking Bad' Will Appear on 'Parks & Recreation' We're only a couple of weeks out from Mike (Jonathan Banks) leaving "Breaking Bad." But you know what? I miss him already. I'm sure you guys do, too.

Lucky for us, Jonathan Banks has a new gig: he'll be appearing on the upcoming season of "Parks & Recreation." Yessir, Pawnee is about to get a big dose of Mike. Hopefully he's just there to play a game of Hungry Hungry Hippos, and not to kill someone with the aid of a toy pig.

Of course, Banks won't be playing Mike in his trip to sitcom-land; he'll be playing the father of Ben Wyatt, resident nerd/campaign manager played by Adam Scott.

Considering the fact that Ben just got a pretty major job offer in Washington, it's about time we met his parents and saw how proud they are of him. Only problem is, it seems that Banks' elder Wyatt is going to be pretty similar to Mike Ehrmantraut in demeanor. So, considering that level of curmudgeonicity, he probably won't be clapping Ben on the back. Plus, does Ben seem like a guy who had a supportive father?

Banks will be appearing on the sixth episode of "Parks & Rec" season five, which premieres Thursday, Sept. 20.
