Michael Bay Wants to Make 14 More 'Transformers' Movies

The Transformers franchise is onto its fifth instalment with its upcoming entry Transformers: The Last Knight being released in June. It's time to prepare yourself for more: Michael Bay has confirmed plans to bring a whopping 14 new 'stories' to screen.
Director Bay revealed the news in a video he pre-recorded for a Last Knight preview which took place at London's Cineworld IMAX at Leicester Square on Tuesday evening (4 April).
He elaborated that the ideas had been outlined in the writer's room during a development process designed to "lay the groundwork for the future of the series," reports Yahoo! Movies.
It's expected that these tales will include sequels as well as spin-offs such as the dedicated Bumblebee film which is set to be directed by Travis Knight (the filmmaker behind Laika hit Kubo and the Two Strings).
