Matt Damon and Michael Douglas Sparkle in HBO's Liberace Biopic 'Behind the Candelabra'

Entertainment Weekly has the first clearview of Michael Douglas and Matt Damon together for their upcoming movie… “Behind the Candelabra.” And they are… glittery.

Both feature prosthetics they wore to step into the parts of Liberace and his younger chauffer lover, Scott Thorson, for the Steven Soderbergh-directed HBO biopic.

The movie is based on Thorson’s memoir. He was with Liberace from 1978 to 1982, although the infamous pianist never came out of the closet with any official word.

Yes, audiences. There will be gay love scenes. According to "The Bourne Identity" star Damon, they’re pretty good too.

“We do it. Cut,” he says of filming a particularly intense and sexual scene. “There’s a long pause. And then you just hear Steven (Soderbergh) go, ‘Well… I have no notes.’”

Damon also promises us a nice view of his backside in skimpy swimsuit costumes and a “metallic thong.”

He does admit that having his wife witness him get spray tanned in intimate areas was a bit of an overshare for their relationship.

"Every Sunday night, this girl would come to my house and I would stand in my garage and I would hike my boxer briefs up into the crack of my a** and she would give me a spray tan. We’ve been through three childbirths, we’ve been in the trenches, there are no secrets. But I really wish she didn’t see that. That’s too much.”

Until “Behind the Candelabra” hits HBO on May 26th, you can check out the teaser for the movie below (if you like falling piano keys), or check out Entertainment Weekly.
