Prosecutors want jail time for everyone charged in the $25 million college admissions scam, including actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin, according to reports Wednesday.

A law enforcement official with knowledge of the matter said Huffman and Loughlin, who are among 33 parents charged in the case, could get sentenced to between six and 21 months behind bars if they plead guilty or are convicted at trial, CNN reported.

“You can’t have people being treated differently because they have money,” an unidentified fed told TMZ.

“That’s how we got to this place. Every defendant will be treated the same.”

Each parent is charged by complaint with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud, which carries a maximum 20 years in prison.
