Lindsay Lohan's Surveillance Video Shown to Lawyers: Not Good

Lindsay Lohan's Surveillance Video Shown to Lawyers: Not Good Lindsay Lohan’s plea deal rejection might not have been the smartest move on her part, according to sources who claim to have seen the surveillance tape released yesterday.

Lohan’s lawyer had not seen the footage of Lohan actually working it in the store yesterday and was willing to work with Lohan to get her off the crime.

Now that the tape has been viewed, some are whispering that Lohan could be in bigger trouble than what was initially thought.

Lohan played the whole thing off like she forgot, but for a few people who watched the video, it looks like something else entirely. Something else that might have been a wee bit planned out – or at least executed in the same fashion previously.

From Radar Online:

"Worryingly for the starlet, prosecutors believe the store surveillance video is strong evidence against her and one source even described it as a 'smoking gun.'"

'The District Attorney believes that Lindsay's friend distracted the clerk on purpose and that could bolster the case if it goes to trial against Lindsay,' said the source.

'This simply wasn't a case of miscommunication of a necklace being loaned and not returned, as Lindsay has claimed.'"

Ouch. Doesn't sound good. Do you think Lohan can turn it around and remain in Hollywood, or is she a lost cause?
