Lindsay Lohan Ordered to Have No Contact With Jeweler; Wears 'Basic Instinct' Dress to Court

Lindsay Lohan is barred from contacting the jeweler that she is in trouble with. It seems that after the necklace turned up missing, and then her assistant returned it right before police showed up with an arrest warrant, Lindsay decided to apologize. How?

Lindsay sent a bouquet of flowers to the employees of the jewelry store. Strange? Yup. The jewelry store people thought it was odd and so did the judge when he found out about it yesterday. So, Lindsay can’t try and contact the jewelry store any more. I guess that means no more shopping there?

From TMZ:

"TMZ has cracked a horticultural mystery -- Lindsay Lohan is the one who sent flowers to the jeweler who has accused her of stealing the $2,500 necklace. If you watched Lindsay's arraignment on TMZ Live, prosecutor Danette Meyers told Judge Keith Schwartz ... she wanted an order prohibiting Lindsay from having any contact with Kamofie & Company, because the store owners were freaked out after receiving flowers ... presumably from someone in Lindsay's camp. Well we found out ... Lindsay sent the flowers herself.  Lindsay told friends, she sent the arrangement 'to be nice' -- and to say sorry the necklace was returned late."

Sorry it was late…or sorry that I took it and you found out? And what happened to the "I didn’t take it" part because "I’m always a victim"? Hopefully Lindsay can straighten it out while she sits around and waits for another trial.

She’s currently out on bail.

What the hell was up with that dress she wore to court?

Skin tight and reminiscent of Sharon Stone's famous flash-friendly dress in 'Basic Instinct', the ridiculous outfit caught some serious negative attention from Judge Keith Schwartz.

"Look around this room. Everybody else has to follow the law. You're no different than anyone else. So, please, don't push your luck," said Schwartz.

Do you think the dress was over the line? Is she just begging to get sent back to jail? Let us know what you think.
