Lindsay Lohan Arrested After Hitting Pedestrian While Driving

As if to prove to the world that Amanda Bynes hasn't fully taken over the reins as Queen of Crazy, Lindsay Lohan had a traffic mishap this morning in New York City that ended in her arrest.

According to the NYPD via THR, Lohan was driving in a crowded alley in NYC at 12:30AM Wednesday morning when she grazed the knee of a 34-year-old man.

"She's driving in this freight area, going very slow," said the NYPD rep. "She's hitting her horn because there's a lot of people in the area. The crowd moves but she kind of brushes against this one guy. He runs up to her, tells her she hit him. They get out of the car, there's some interaction with her, her entourage and the guy."

After that, Lohan and her entourage went into her hotel, and the man was taken to the hospital for his allegedly injured knee. Lohan was arrested a couple of hours later for leaving the scene of an accident.

So here's the question: was this really Lohan's fault, or was this guy overreacting because he saw that it was her? The accident certainly didn't sound serious, but then again Lohan shouldn't have left the scene regardless. Also, when is this girl going to hire a driver?

Lohan was released later, but from the sound of things she might end up getting sued. Poor Lindsay. She was doing so (relatively) well.
