Yidio Video of the Day: New Kanye Vid 'All of the Lights' Causes Seizures, May Be a Rip Off
If video killed the radio star, what happens when videos cause risks to your health?

That’s a question that was asked while Kanye West’s song “All of the Lights” was temporarily taken down from YouTube, after the British group Epilepsy Action complained the video’s strobing lights and visual effects had caused seizures. The video has since been given an advisory notice.

The video could also face problems regarding plagiarism for the way it resembles the opening credits for the French film "Enter the Void” from director Gaspar Noé. NPR pointed out the similarities recently. Rihanna has encountered a similar legal issue regarding the similarity between her S&M video and images created by Vogue photographer David LaChappelle.

Additionally, West’s recent tweets about abortion and “Gold diggin'” Wednesday caused anger. Kanye lamented that he knew people who had to pay $50,000 or $100,000 for their partner to have an abortion after getting pregnant on purpose.

On the bright side, for supporters of safe sex, Kanye did encourage the use of condoms with the hashtag #STRAPUP.

You can watch Kanye's Video and the introduction to "Enter the Void" here, but don't say we didn't warn you. And we'll repeat it, "WARNING: This video has been identified by Epilepsy Action to potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewer discretion is advised."
