Liam Neeson Prank-Called His 'Taken' Daughter's Ex-Boyfriend...In Character

If you're going to date Liam Neeson's on-screen daughter, you'd better treat her right.

That's the lesson that an ex-boyfriend of "Taken" star Maggie Grace learned the hard way, when he received a pretty threatening prank call from Neeson himself.

"He's like the best fake movie dad any girl could ask for," Grace said in an appearance on "Conan" about Neeson. "He's so protective in real life too."

Grace went on to relate a story about how, when she was younger, she dated a boy who broke her heart and made her into a "hot mess." That's when Neeson jumped in and decided to prank-call the ex-boyfriend as his character in the "Taken" movies, Bryan Mills.

Basically, Neeson called the guy up and did his "I have a particular set of skills" speech with a few alterations, which we imagine had to have made the ex-boyfriend poop his pants at least a little.

Check out the video, featuring audio of the actual call in which Neeson calls the guy "pond scum" who "dated out of your league," below:
