Liam Hemsworth Opens Up About His 'Addiction'

In the September issue of Men’s Health, sexy “Hunger Games” star Liam Hemsworth opened up about his love for suits, for Miley, and, especially, for eating.

Despite that slim, toned physique the star admits that he is “an eater,” and struggled with the strict diet he had to follow to get lean and strong enough to play Gale in the post-apocalypic style flick.

“If I have one addiction in life, it’s probably food,” he admits.

Apparently the star has a penchant for Krispy Kreme’s famously delicious doughnuts, and will indulge in a “binge” from time to time.

“You gotta get like, 24, and eat all of them. I lose my mind. Go crazy. Krispy Kreme fever!”

While it’s not exactly as exciting news as say, a methamphetamine dependency might be, it’s still nice from time to time for us normal people to hear that stars like to indulge a little.

Luckily, unlike the rest of the lightly-glazed masses, Hemsworth has the support of serious trainers and dieticians on his side, making sure the star stays in tip-top shape.

Since  the “Hunger Games” sequel, “Catching Fire” is already in the mix, it’s important that Hemsworth maintain his form. As his character Gale is supposed to be just on that border between survival and starvation, it probably won’t sit well with audiences to watch the character strut into the scene burping and wiping powdered sugar off his pot belly—especially since co-star Jennifer Lawrence received serious flack from the public for being suspiciously curvy in her role as Katniss Everdeen.

But then again, female celebrities can’t seem to catch a break when it comes to physical scrutiny, can they?

Hemsworth, on the other hand, won’t have to worry. His training sessions for the hotly anticipated flick leave him “on the ground,” gasping for air, and the laser-eyed hottie’s hobbies include boxing and cheating death by surfing. No doubt the recently engaged star will be hot, hard and shiny for his upcoming role, and give us all plenty to admire while we sigh to ourselves and debate between the sprinkles and Boston Crème.

Dibs on the sprinkles.
