Lady Gaga Korean Sound-a-like Sing Along: Did Gaga Rip Off 'Born This Way'?

At first Lady Gaga took slack for her newest single “Born This Way” sounding much like Madonna’s “Express Yourself.”
Most recently, Lady Gaga, who promotes strong individuality - including her own, was brought back into the critical eye for sounding similar to a South Korean girl group SNSD.
Fans of the band are claiming Gaga plagiarized certain sections from the 2010 song “Be Happy.”
It’s a lot for any “Monster” to wrap their head around, but does it ultimately mean that SNSD copied Madonna, too?

Regardless, they both sound pretty great, and as SNSD sings (English translation): ha, ha, ha, ha, ho, ho, ho, ho let's just smile.
