Kylie Jenner Gives Birth to a Baby Girl

Keeping Up with The Kardashians star Kylie Jenner had a baby on Sunday, ending months of confusion. We all knew she was pregnant, but Kylie refused to confirm the news until she actually gave birth. We'd suspected that the usually social-media-prolific Kylie was avoiding spreading pictures of herself with a baby belly, but now she says she was just protecting her unborn baby from the stress of overexposure. Now that the baby has actual awareness of the outside world, though, it's apparently fine to ramp the exposure up again.

Khloé Kardashian publicly congratulated Kylie Jenner on the birth of her daughter on Sunday, calling her sister’s ultra-secretive pregnancy a “magical ride.”

“Congratulations My Sweet Kylie! What a magical ride it’s been! I’ll miss you bumping along with me. Never in a million years did I think we would do this together but it’s been that much more special because of it,” she wrote Sunday.

“God is so great!! He had His plan all along! I love you little mama 💕 love big mama,” she continued.

Kylie, 20, announced she welcomed a baby girl with rapper boyfriend Travis Scott hours before the Super Bowl on Sunday. She took to social media to explain why she’d kept fans “in the dark.”

“I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions,” Jenner tweeted Sunday. “I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”
