Kristen Wiig and Ellen Sing 'Let It Go' Without Knowing Any of the Words...Hilarity Ensues

Just when you thought "Frozen" covers couldn't get any worse...or better?

Kristen Wiig made an appearance on "Ellen" to talk about her upcoming movies, but Ellen had a different plan for the interview.

"I'm probably one of the only human beings on the planet that doesn't know that song, 'Let It Go,' " Ellen admitted. But Wiig revealed that she doesn't know it either, and thus a challenge was born: They would sing the song together, despite not knowing how it goes, no matter how badly it turns out.

The result was terrible, of course, but in the best kind of way.

The performance involved a good deal of mumbling, holding the wrong notes, and stumbling through lyrics. However, we have to award both of them credit for their impromptu choreography, especially during the bridge.

We're not entirely convinced that the two had never (or barely) heard the song before, if only because it was so unavoidable for so long. Then again, with two movies—the indie drama "The Skeleton Twins" (which we absolutely loved) and split-personality comedy "Welcome To Me"—coming out, Wiig was been pretty busy.
