Kim Kardashian Is Pregnant with Baby #2

North West is going to have a baby brother or sister!

Kim Kardashian confirmed on Sunday's episode of "Keeping Up with The Kardashians" that she is pregnant with baby number two.

Kim and husband Kanye West had reportedly been trying for another baby for a while, and Kim had mentioned before on the show that she was "exhausted" with fertility treatments and with...er...the other stuff you have to do to get pregnant. You know.

However, it seems that it all paid off in the end. During the season preview that followed the latest episode of "KUWTK," Kim says, "I just got the blood test back...and I'm pregnant!"

With any luck, this pregnancy will be a little easier on Kim than the first. Kim struggled with health issues, having to go to the doctor with preeclampsia at one point, as documented on her reality show.
