Kim Kardashian is Engaged to Basketballer Kris Humphries!

Sorry boys, Kim Kardashian is officially engaged to New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries.

Kim's rep confirmed to Us Weekly that the 30-year-old reality star and entrepreneur is, in fact, betrothed to the 26-year-old athlete.

How did the engagement go down you ask?

Apparently Humphries was waiting on bended knee when his lady arrived at her Beverly Hills home on May 18th.

The 6'9" stud was waiting with a 20-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond and the words, "Will You Marry Me?" spelled out in rose petals. How romantic!

Of the surprise proposal Kim tells PEOPLE magazine, "I didn't expect this at all. I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."

After the proposal was official, Kris took Kim to celebrate with her immediate family. The gathering was planned by Kris in collaboration with Kim's mom...Kris!

The couple, who only dated for six months prior to the engagement, got very serious, very fast. In February Kim told Us, "He [Kris] just has a good heart" and friends say a walk down the aisle was inevitable.
