The 'Kick-Ass 2' Trailer Hits... Hard

Your favorite butt-kicking crime-fighters are back in “Kick-Ass 2,” and their mouths are just as NSFW as ever!

Chloe Moretz returns in the role she originated at 11... only she’s 15 in the movie now… and still tougher than nails.

“Act like a b**** get slapped like a b****,” she snaps before beating the heck out of her hesitant fighting partner.

Step up, Kick-Ass.

Based on the comic books by Mark Millar (illustrated by John Romita Jr.), the sequel also brings back Aaron Taylor-Johnson and a much meaner Christopher Mintz-Plasse. However, the Red Mist has decided to graduate to a fouler moniker…

“Henceforth I’ll be known as… ‘The Mother F*****!”

Yeah. If you’re watching the trailer in public, try to remember to turn the speakers down.

Jim Carrey will be replacing Nicolas Cage as the token adult in this version.

“Try to have fun. Otherwise, what’s the point?” he quips as character Colonel Stars and Stripes.

Matthew Vaughn directed the original, but its Jeff Wadlow now helming the sequel with Vaughn acting as producer.

“There’s no room for punks in suits. Just real heroes… who can really kick a**,” says the voice over, as our heroes battle Mother F*****, who is trying to become the first real supervillain and seek revenge for the death of his father by building an army.

It appears that the group gets on the wrong side of the law as well.

“If they’re wearing a mask, they’re getting detained!” an officer screams, before it appears Kick-Ass gets himself captured.

The sequel is set to hit theaters August 16th. Excited?
