Khloe Kardashian's First Sexual Experience Ignites Unsolicited Legal Opinions

Khloe Kardashian 26, youngest among the sisters confessed to the ladies in The View that she had sex with her 18 year-old secret boyfriend when she was only 14 and she felt that she was persuaded at that time.

Khloe said, “I felt like I was almost conned. Well not conned, but persuaded because he was older and I felt I wouldn’t be accepted or cool or whatever.”

The reality starlet further said.He was only, 18, I think, but from 14 to 18, now looking back, I think that’s not a normal thing. I do remember when I was done, I felt, after two months of secretly dating this guy, I felt so disgusted with myself.”

“I stopped talking to him and actually didn’t have sex for three years after that because I knew I was young and I knew I wasn’t ready,” she added.

According to her, she is sharing her story to help those female minors who feel pressured to have sex even if they are not ready. She expressed her advice and said, “Little girls, or teenagers, my sisters, need to know – don’t let anybody pressure you, it’s not worth it.”

After hearing Khloe’s statement on the view legal experts discussed their unsolicited legal opinions on the reality starlet’s first sexual experience.

A legal analyst from fox 411.com said that Khloe’s confession would qualify as statutory rape under the California Law or her boyfriend may charge her of character defamation if Khloe mentioned the name of the man in the show.
