Words of affirmation are helping Khloé Kardashian keep her head up after her ex Tristan Thompson‘s cheating scandal.
“I believe in you, your abilities and you heart!” Kardashian, 34, captioned a selfie Thursday. “Stay positive about everything. Each one of us, is simply trying to figure it all out.”
Since Kardashian found out about Thompson kissing her sister Kylie Jenner‘s friend, Jordyn Woods, the “Keeping Up with The Kardashians” star has continued to share inspirational quotes online.
Meanwhile, Thompson, 27, has handled the split by spending time in New York with a mystery woman.
In February, a source told Page Six that Thompson was “smiling ear to ear” when they saw him dining with the woman at Carbone restaurant. On Tuesday, the pair were again spotted together at Nobu.
TMZ identified the woman as Karizma Ramirez, but reported that sources said Thompson and Ramirez are not dating.
