Key & Peele's Latest 'Pro Bowl' Sketch Is Still Hilarious
by Andy Neuenschwander
Everyone stop what you're doing right now. "Key & Peele" have a new Pro Bowl sketch!
This is the third sketch in the East/West football series for the comedy duo, who debuted the premise in their first season. The sketches mock the sometimes outlandish names of college (and now professional) football players by having Jordan Peele and Keegan Michael Key dress up as players and introduce themselves.
In the past, the sketches have featured non-sequitur-esque names such as "X-Wing @Aliciousness," "Hingle McKringlberry," and "Donkey Teeth," among others.
This time around, Key and Peele are back with plenty more outrageous characters, but the sketch has a twist: it also features some actual NFL players introducing themselves by their actual names. The amazing thing is that, with names like D'Brickashaw Ferguson, these players fit right in with the names that Key and Peele made up.
Stay tuned to the end for a particularly big cameo, and a callback to another famous "Key & Peele" sketch.
