Kentucky Police Have Issued an Arrest Warrant for Elsa from 'Frozen'
by Andy Neuenschwander
As you well know if you live anywhere on the eastern half of the United States, there's some serious cold weather moving through right now. People in Boston are practically being buried in snow as we speak, and temperatures have gone well into negative numbers across the upper Midwest and the northern part of the East Coast.
At times like this when there's nothing you can do to change your rough situation, sometimes it helps to have someone to blame.
That's why the Kentucky police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Queen Elsa of Arendelle.
Yes, the Harlan City Police Department in Kentucky are blaming Elsa from "Frozen" for the recent cold snap, and they've decided that they've had about enough. "All points bulletin!!!" the HPD wrote on their Facebook page. "HPD has issued an arrest warrant for Queen Elsa of Arendelle. Suspect is a blonde female last seen wearing a long blue dress and is known to burst into song 'Let it Go!'
"As you can see by the weather she is very dangerous," they added. "Do not attempt to apprehend her alone."
Of course, the HPD was just joking and posted another bulletin shortly after the first. "All kidding aside, the weather has been very dangerous and temps will get worse," they wrote. "Everyone please take precautions to stay safe and warm. Stay off the roads unless it is an emergency. Watch out and help others who may need help. HPD is doing a great job during this time but it takes everyone working together."
Good advice, but can we still arrest Elsa for getting "Let It Go" stuck in our heads forever?
