Kate Winslet Weds in Secret Ceremony

Titanic” actress and Oscar winner Kate Winslet has tied the knot over the holiday week… for the third time.

Who’s the lucky man? It’s Ned RocknRoll, nephew of richy-rich Richard Branson, and executive for Branson’s space flight venture Virgin Galactic.

Take a moment to process those.

1)  His name is Ned RocknRoll.

2)  He heads up space shuttle flights for the wealthy.

Interesting choice from a woman who was just honored by the queen at Buckingham Palace, where she was recognized as a Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for her contribution to drama.

But, to each her own, eh?

Winslet’s rep announced, “I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned RocknRoll in New York earlier this month in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family. The couple had been engaged since the summer.”

The ceremony was so private, in fact, that no parents made it. It was her “Titanic” co-star Leo DiCaprio who walked the lovely lady down the aisle.

Winslet, 37, was previously married to Jim Threapleton from 1998 to 2001, and wed director Sam Mendes in 2003. She has a daughter with Threapleton and a son with Mendes.

Ned RocknRoll, 34, was actually named Abel Smith before he apparently decided it just wasn’t jammin’ enough. This is his second marriage.

Congratulations are in order—however, I wish to withhold them until the Obvious Burning Questions have been answered:

Will Winslet take on RocknRoll’s crazy awesome last name?

And what, WHAT, is Ned's middle name?
