Brooke Mueller Files Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen, Seeks Sole Custody of Their Kids

The Charlie Sheen crazy train picks up steam again, it seems.

A few days after she flew off to the Bahamas with Sheen and his porn star girlfriends, ex Brooke Mueller has taken out a restraining order on him, claiming the actor threatened her.

In response, Sheen is requesting sole custody of their twin sons Max and Bob.

Now, of course both camps differ in exactly what happened, but here is Mueller’s version via TMZ:

"Brooke just got a temporary restraining order, prohibiting Charlie from having any contact with her and requiring him to stay 100 yards from her. Brooke's lawyer submitted paperwork alleging several 'specific, descriptive threats' made by Charlie. Charlie's lawyers were not notified of the hearing, so they did not respond."

On the other hand, Sheen is thinking about getting his own order, since he claims SHE is the one who is acting erratically. Oh yeah, and he also wants full custody of his kids, so the new porn star girlfriends in his life can take care of them.

“Charlie believes Brooke, at present, is not in a position to care for the children with the love and attention they need,” a source said.
