Just For Fun: 'Lord of the Rings' Lego-Style!

How have I gone this long without this? Day, consider yourself made.

If your life is lacking in a little delight, and you have yet to be exposed to the wonder of the Brotherhood Workshop videos, I am glad to present to you an assortment of mood-lifting videos.

Each short video is charmingly shot with Lego figures standing in for the great “Lord of the Rings” characters—and yes, they’re all there. Frodo, Gandalf, Aragorn… even Orcs! Oh, man. Those poor Orcs.

In “The Cranky Cavetroll,” watch from another perspective the scene within the Mines of Moria, and maybe you will have a new sympathy for the cave troll whose birthday party was so horribly interrupted and his cake ruined. RUINED.

Orcs, not evil, just misunderstood? Have we gone the whole movie completely unaware that of the true nature of the Orcs? Their sacrifice shall not be in vain.

Or how about Gollum singing a love song to his ring to the tune of Justin Bieber in “Gollum’s Karaoke?” Not much more to say about that one, really. Somehow, it’s just as annoying sung by Gollum, yet… strangely, more genuine.

And there’s even a bit celebrating Frodo’s birthday in “Frodo’s Birthday Suprise,” because honestly, I’ve sat through about seventy three hours worth of “LOTR” in my lifetime, and always, in the back of my mind, I wondered, gee, but with all that fighting, how did they celebrate someone’s special day?

Thank you, Brotherhood Workshop, for filling in the blanks!

If you want a quick laugh, like Legos, or at some time had any of the “LOTR” bobblehead figures on your dashboard, you should check these out.
