Joe Manganiello and His Abs Join New Schwarzenegger Action Flick

"True Blood" star Joe Manganiello will be taking his talents (read: abdominal muscles) to the big screen yet again.

Manganiello has long been more of a TV guy, what with roles on "How I Met Your Mother," "ER" and of course "True Blood" dominating his resume. However, Manganiello did appear in the "Spider-Man" movies as Flash Thompson, and more recently appeared in "Magic Mike," so a jump to the big screen might be in store.

And why not? Manganiello is certainly built like an action star. If you doubt that, you clearly missed his training scene from a few weeks back on "True Blood," where he was totally wearing a bandana, Karate Kid style.

Reports are that Manganiello's newest big screen role will be in the upcoming action flick "Breachers," starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sam Worthington. The story will center on a bunch of DEA agents who attempt a heist off of a drug bust, and subsequently pay for their crimes by getting picked off one by one. Manganiello will play one of those DEA agents whose conscience gets the best of him. My guess is he might die pretty early on. Sorry, ladies.
