Jersey Shore's J-Woww Wins Legal Battle, Preventing Release of Nude Pics by Ex

According to a report from CBS New York, “Jersey Shore” starlet Jeniffer Farley “Jwoww" succeeded in a legal battle with former boyfriend and manager Tom Lippolis, preventing him from releasing her nude photos.

The pictures were taken by Lippolis during Jwoww’s second breast augmentation and liposuction. According to the MTV reality star, she was under anesthesia and did not give any consent to Lippolis to take her nude photographs.

J-woww told Radar Online that her estranged boyfriend was trying to “cash in” from her nude images, which were taken without her permission.

On the other hand, Lippolis argued that Jwoww once told him that she was planning to pose for Playboy magazine and because of that, he thought he should be able to publish the naked photographs.

Nassau Supreme Court Judge Jeffrey S. Brown in Long Island, New York ruled in favor of Jenni “Jwoww” Farley and blocked the release of the naked pictures.

J-woww’s attorney Rudy Fusco told Fox News,"Jenni is obviously very happy that the judge saw it her way.Tom is out there right now, doing a lot of press, radio shows and Twitter, Facebook - all that fun stuff. I saw a post of his describing the pictures, and that's not the whole story - trust me. The pictures are a lot more graphic than that. They're not what he's making them out to be."

After the court’s decision, Lippolis told Radar Online,"the nude pictures should be the least of her worries. She has much bigger issues in her life that she needs to deal with."
