Jersey Shore's Deena Admits Nose Job, Dishes on Class

While Jersey Shore fans wonder if JWoww's tighter new bod came thanks to a little nip and tuck, show star Deena Nicole Cortese readily admits she had a nose job.

Deena told The New York Post that she supports her castmates decision to have plastic surgery but is not certain if JWoww (Jennifer Farley) actually did.

"If she did, more power to you," Cortese said.

Farley, who was open about having breast implants - a birthday gift to herself, has said she is flattered to be the topic of tabloids. 

"Funny what people assume when u lose weight and tone," she tweeted about the new speculation.

Deena's open mindedness, as fans could witness, may be put to the test in the Shore's Season Four romps through Florence Italy.

"I was very homesick," she told The Huffington Post. "It was a lot to handlfe for me. In Italy, we really had to rely on each other, and when you're with someone all of the time, if they start to breathe funny, you're going to get annoyed with them."

With a little-less nose to turn up, if anything does go down,  given Deena's recent take on class, it's sure to happen with panache:

"Class is, you know, not showing your boobs or butt. Anything is classy, as long as you do it with your pinky up; I was taught that . . . When I fall, I put my pinky up, and that just makes my fall classy, ya know?"
