'Jersey Shore' Season 4 Premiere Date Set, Season 5 On the Way!

"Jersey Shore" fans won't have to wonder when they'll see the antics of their favorite group of guidos and guidettes anymore: MTV has announced the premiere date for "Jersey Shore" season four!

The season four premiere, which will feature the crew traveling to Florence, Italy for some overseas GTL, will premiere on Thursday, August 4th at 10pm, right where you'd expect it. The season should bring some entertaining stuff, as we already know that Ronnie and Sitch got in a fistfight, and Snooki crashed into a cop car and got her driver's license suspended.

About a week before the season four premiere will mark the launch day of "Jersey Shore" season three on DVD, for those who want to catch up on (or re-live) the previous summer's events in Seaside.

Here's even more good news for "Shore" fanatics: EW is also reporting that season five of "Jersey Shore" is a go, with the original cast! There was some speculation that contract issues might cause a re-shuffling of the "Jersey Shore" cast, but it looks like that won't be the case this year. Production for season five will begin in June...and yep, the gang is going back to good ol' Seaside Heights for that one.
