'Jersey Shore' Cast Members Use Big Words about Voting in New 'Funny or Die' Video

Funny or Die is out to prove that just because the guidos and guidettes of "Jersey Shore" drink every night and GTL every day doesn't mean they aren't smart.

Okay, maybe that's not exactly the point of this video, but hey, you gotta give Snooki, JWOWW, The Situation and the rest of the gang credit for actually nailing their lines in this pretty complicated script.

This new video from Funny or Die's political series features the entire cast of "Jersey Shore," including the pregnant Snooki, engaged in an increasingly didactic conversation about political theory and the importance of voting. Pillows are thrown, nails are ruined, political theorist Maurice Duverger is invoked... you know, just like any episode of "Jersey Shore."

Highlights include JWOWW using the word "hegemony," the juxtaposition of high-concept sociological discussion with masturbation jokes, and pretty much everything the entirely too self-aware Situation does.
