'Jersey Housewife' Hubby Detained in Dominican Republic

'Jersey Housewife' Hubby Detained in Dominican Republic Teresa Guidice, "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star, had a tipsy ending to her family vacation in the Dominican Republic last month.

Radar has released new details about a bar fight that resulted in the temporary detention of her husband.

It turns out the entire cast was on vacation for the upcoming season of the Bravo show.

As they partied at the hotel bar at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana, things got festive and feisty. Someone spilled champagne, which lead to a bar brawl among male patrons.

The police said the scene turned physical with about eight people involved who included Teresa’s husband Joe, Caroline’s sons Albie and Christopher and their roommate Gregory Bennett.

“Usually when there’s a fight we take one guy, but this time we took everybody,” the police representative said.

According to Radar’s source, Joe beat on a guy and struck a male patron with glass.

The police in Dominican Republic hold that there were two injured “victims” – one with an arm fracture and another with a fracture in his leg and scratches on his face.

Following the fight, the parties were detained and passports were seized. The cast was scheduled to fly home Thursday February 24, and everyone left except for those being question by police. Teresa and Joe reportedly were under supervision at the hotel and did not return home until Sunday, February 27.

According to police, all parties eventually came to a verbal agreement and no charges were filed.
