Jane Lynch Joins 'Will & Grace' Cast

The Will & Grace revival hasn't hit the air yet, but it's already been renewed for a second season and has celebs clamoring for guest-starring roles. The latest big names to sign on to the show for guest spots include Jane Lynch of Glee fame and Broadway star Andrew Rannells. There's no word yet on what kind of roles these two will play on the series, but Lynch will have to fit in filming while working on her on series, Hollywood Game Night.

Even after 11 years off the air, Will & Grace continues to land impressive guest stars.

Jane Lynch and Andrew Rannells are both set to guest-star on the forthcoming NBC revival, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

Details on their characters are being kept under tight wraps except that they will appear in the same episode, which begins production this week.

Lynch and Rannells join previously announced guest stars including Tony winner Ben Platt, as well as returning faces Harry Connick Jr., Minnie Driver and Bobby Cannavale.

During Will & Grace's original eight-season run, the Emmy-winning multicam amassed some of the most impressive guest stars in recent memories with appearances from A-listers like Madonna, Cher, Michael Douglas and Matt Damon, among many others.

All four series stars return for the new revival, which kicks off its 16-episode first season on Sept. 28. The comedy has already been renewed for a second season at NBC.
