Naked Chef Jamie Oliver Debuts New Series 'Jamie's Food Escapes'

Naked Chef Jamie Oliver Debuts New Series 'Jamie's Food Escapes' Jamie Oliver will be sharing his recipe for adventure with the upcoming debut of his new series “Jamie’s Food Escapes.”

From truffle hunting to spear fishing, Jamie will jump onto the road less taken and venture into local kitchens across Europe and North Africa.

Starting February 16th, foodie fans can watch the “Naked Chef” on the Cooking Channel as he hits Venice, Athens, French Pyrenees, Andalucia, Stockholm and Marrakesh for an immersion in diverse food, culture and regional character. While exploring international cuisine Jamie will put his own touch on celebrated dishes like Greek kebabs and paella from Spain.

Among adventures, Jamie meets the Risotto King of Venice, works with bee keepers in Athens, trains with Spanish bull fighters, and rocks Moroccan street food.

He voraciously encounters an array of amazing delicacies that include an unusual herring dish in Stockholm, fisherman’s stew from Greece, and cake made by nuns in Southern Spain.

Oliver began cooking at the age of 8 in his parents’ country pub and has since starred in seven television series.

The Emmy-winning show “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution” was co-produced by Ryan Seacrest and focused on a grassroots campaign to curb obesity. In March, Oliver will embark on a similar mission with The Jamie Oliver Food Foundation, and work by teaching Americans how to cook with fresh food.
