It's a Boy for Oscar Winner Marion Cotillard!

"La Vie en Rose"...no more like "La Vie en Bleu" for Oscar winner Marion Cotillard who gave birth to a healthy baby boy last night in Paris.

A source confirms to PEOPLE that both mother and baby, reportedly named Marcel, are doing fine.

The "Inception" star, 35, and her actor/director honey, Guillaume Canet, announced in January that Cotillard was expecting. Despite engagement rumors the pair have not confirmed any plans to marry.

The couple met back in 2003 when they costarred in "Love Me If You Dare" but did not begin dating until 2007.

The following year, Cotillard won her first Oscar for her portrayal of singer Edith Piaf in "La Vie en Rose."

Currently the French beauty is slated to star in the next Batman installment, "The Dark Knight Rises," alongside Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

If not for the impending birth Cotillard would have been in Cannes this week promoting her new film "Midnight in Paris" from director Woody Allen. The film opens in limited release in New York and Los Angeles today.

Congrats to the proud new parents!
