'Inside Out' Trailer Is a Look Back at Pixar's Greatest Moments

Since Pixar's upcoming movie "Inside Out" is all about emotions, it makes sense that the first trailer would be this emotional.

"Inside Out" stars Amy Poehler, Bill Hader, Lewis Black, Mindy Kaling and Phyllis Smith as five different emotions inside an 11-year-old girl's brain: Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness. From the trailer, we can gather that the movie covers what happens both inside the girl's head and out as we watch these personified emotions interacting.

This first trailer doesn't show much of the movie, though. Instead, it takes us on a journey through some of Pixar's top moments...and they're definitely emotional ones.

From Dory's "do ya?" moment to that heartbreaking montage from "Up," the trailer takes us through the many emotions that Pixar movies have made us feel over the years.

We would argue, though, that there was a mix of a lot of emotions during that "Toy Story 3" scene. Because yikes.

"Inside Out" is directed by Pete Docter, who has been with Pixar for a long time and directed "Up" and "Monsters, Inc." as well as others. You can bet that "Inside Out" will be an instant classic considering his resume and the cast.
