'How I Met Your Mother' Star Marries!

“How I Met Your Mother” star, Cobie Smulders, has finally married her boyfriend of eight years.
Smulders has a three-year-old daughter, Shaelyn Cado, with Taran Killam, who you might recognize not only from “Saturday Night Live,” but from a few guest appearances as Goliath National Bank employee Gary Blauman on HIMYM. He and “The Avengers” star have been engaged since January, 2009.
The pair got hitched at the Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort in Solvang, California. Three hundred guests were there to witness the ceremony, including co-stars Neil Patrick Harris and Alyson Hannigan, who both brought their children and were probably hilarious and sweet at the same time.
"Spent the weekend with the family at one of the most fantastic weddings I've ever attended. Good times. So much love," tweeted Harris.
The ceremony was a quick fifteen minutes, and then guests took a hayride to a private lake for the ceremony.
Shaeyln was involved in the ceremony, said sources, to add that extra dash of flipping adorable. Smulders also wore not one, but two wedding gowns. The first was a more traditional long lacy gown designed by Claire Pettibone, and the second, worn for the reception, simple, short and high-necked.
Smulders, you may not know, hails from Canada, and before she broke into acting, worked as a model.
You can catch Smulders, whose real name is Jacoba Francisca Marie Smulders, as the scotch-swilling Robin Scherbatsky on the premiere of “How I Met Your Mother” on September 24th.
