Reports are circulating that Toscano has already been approached by Interscope Records execs and that a deal may be in the works.

While the beauty’s rep denies that anything is set in stone, saying the talk is "all rumor," we guarantee this songbird won't be on the market long.

Friday night Toscano was spotted at a Los Angeles eatery with "Dancing with the Stars" stud Mark Ballas. E! News is reporting the duo hit seafood restaurant Gulfstream and the date was actually initiated by her.

Sources say Toscano went through "DWTS" contestant Chris Jericho to get to Ballas. We say, go ahead girl!

Ballas is not only a dancer; apparently he’s got vocal chords to match. The multi-talented artist has an album dropping tomorrow titled Hurtlovebox.
