Here's a Video of Just the F-Words In 'The Wolf of Wall Street'
by Andy NeuenschwanderIn case you didn't know, they swore a lot in the R-rated Oscar nominee "The Wolf of Wall Street." Like, a lot. Enough, in fact, to break a record for the most F-words in a movie (except for a documentary that is specifically about the word).
Naturally, the Internet has put them all together into one easy-to-digest video, because it's the Internet, and it makes dreams come true.
The video takes all 569 instances of the F-bomb and puts them together in a rage-filled supercut. This isn't the first time anyone's done this with a Leo DiCaprio/Scorcese movie, either; "The Departed" got the same treatment a few years back.
"The Departed," however, contained a meager 237 F-words, less than half of those in "Wolf." It should be noted that "Wolf" is a three-hour-plus movie, so that helps pad the stats a bit.
In case you're curious, the movie with the second-most F-words is "Summer of Sam" with 435 and a rate of 3.06 F-words per minute of screen time, as compared to 3.16 in "Wolf." In third place is the Gary Oldman film "Nil By Mouth," which features 428 F-words but has a higher rate than the other two films at 3.34 per minute, the highest of any non-documentary film.
Check out the supercut from "The Wolf of Wall Street" below. It really goes without saying, but this is NSFW.
