Here's Bette Midler Singing TLC's 'Waterfalls'

We now live in a world in which Bette Midler has covered TLC's "Waterfalls."

We're not quite sure what to make of it, but that's our world now. We can get through this together, everyone.

The prolific singer has just released the song, one of the first off of her newest album, in which she sings the famous 1990's jam. Luckily for all of us, she does not attempt Left Eye's rap verse. Bette is great, but that probably wouldn't have gone very well.

The song is a bit slowed down and sung in the emotional Bette Midler style, relying on her solo voice instead of the original trio of singers in the TLC version.

This track comes from Bette's new album, titled "Here Come the Girls," which takes a look back at girl groups from throughout history and has Midler covering them all. Other groups covered include The Andrews Sisters and The Boswell Sisters.

The album hits stores in the U.S. on November 4, if you're wondering.
