'Hell's Kitchen' Season 10, Episode 14 Recap - '7 Chefs Compete'

Tiffany hit the road last week, finally evening up the red team and the blue team's numbers. Kimmie is in tears over the elimination, saying that Tiffany was her "best friend." Two things about that: one, of course the two most obnoxiously bitchy people in either kitchen were friends, and two, your best friend is a person you met a few weeks ago on a reality show?

The theme for the challenge of the morning is southern food, so of course Ramsay has a full gospel choir there to sing. The singers then stand there and hold up signs, "Deal or No Deal"-style, while the contestants pick signs and get the dishes listed on them. When they choose one, the gospel singers actually SING THE NAME OF THE DISH.

Barbie beats Clemenza for the first point, then Kimmie takes another one over Brian, who serves up raw pork. Why are these people unable to cook meat? Justin makes up some ground with his fried chicken, which beats Christina's soggy chicken with ease. That leaves it up to Dana and Robin and their meat loaf dishes... and Dana takes it.

That ends the red team's losing streak on the challenges, and they get to eat at the four seasons. The blue team has to churn butter. Ha.

Side note: Kimmie's buttcrack got blurred out. Gross.

The Dinner Service:

- Kimmie, who keeps repeating that she's from the South, burns her fried catfish.

- Brian follows suit and burns his, so Ramsay tells him to taste it. Brian responds with "tastes like fish, chef," which promptly gets him tossed out of the kitchen with a barrage of epithets. Brian comes back in and asks to stay, and Ramsay agrees. That was pointless, but funny.

- The blue team serves up raw fried chicken, which I didn't even think was possible.

- Apparently it is, though, because then Kimmie does it too. BUT SHE'S FROM THE SOUTH! That's the last straw for Ramsay, who kicks out the red team.

So that's the end of that, and I think Kimmie has said "I'm from the South" at least 12 times. Both teams have to nominate one, and it looks like it's going to be Kimmie and Robyn. Robyn gives the canned "I'm not ready to go" speech, but ultimately Ramsay goes with Kimmie.

In tears, Kimmie heads through the door. "I love you guys," she says. "We love you, Kimmie," says the red team, clearly lying.
