Bevery Hills Wannabe: Heidi Montag From 'The Hills' Hoping for Role on 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'

Heidi Montag hasn’t been too busy since her MTV show "The Hills" was canceled. She made a couple of cameo appearances in movies and in TV shows, but nothing major.

At least, nothing like what she expected to get after her plastic surgery ordeal in 2009. Sure, she got attention, but it was mostly negative!

In order to revive her career, Heidi now says she wants to join the cast of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." The only problem? Heidi and hubby Spencer Pratt don’t live in Beverly Hills!

Do Heidi and Spencer have the money and the affluence that it takes to be a cast member? They certainly think so.

"Heidi Montag is actively pursuing joining the cast of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. Her husband Spencer Pratt wants to come along too and he confirmed the news to RadarOnline.com that his “people” are going to be talking to the RHOB honchos on Tuesday.

“We would move to Beverly Hills in a heartbeat. We would be psyched if this happened for us,” Spencer said.

A reality show could make you that happy? Spencer and Heidi need to find a new hobby. Or try some real acting in a movie or scripted TV show.

Do you want to see them invade reality TV again? Their other castmates from "The Hills" have moved on…OK, maybe not. Can a reality show make you a star for life or should they keep reinventing themselves in other ways to keep the spotlight on themselves?
