HBO Promises Your Holidays Will Suck: Network Running 'True Blood' Season Four Encore

HBO Promises Your Holidays Will Suck: Network Running 'True Blood' Season Four Encore It might not make your spirits jolly and bright, per se, but it will make for a fangtastic good time over the holidays, leading into a bloody good New Year.

From December 29th through December 31st, HBO announced today, the network will run an encore presentation of season four of "True Blood" in its entirety.

From Marnie's angry witch war, to Eric Northman's lovable puppy dog phase, if you're looking for the anti-"It's a Wonderful life," Sookie, Bill, Sam and friends are definitely your Huckleberry.

There's no Clarence around trying to earn his wings, but there are some seriously powerful and frightening winged fairies in the mix.

If you'd rather wait around until the start of the new season of "True Blood", you might want to reconsider, because it's gonna take a while. The premiere date hasn't yet been set, but expect new episodes to air sometime in the summer of 2012.

In the meantime, watch vampires, wolves and witches go to war in the truly over the top season four of "True Blood."
