Halle Berry's Ex Arrested on Thanksgiving

Even the celebrities have to deal with family drama on Thanksgiving. “Cloud Atlas” actress Halle Berry had to deal with an unfortunate encounter between her fiance, Oliver Martinez, and ex Gabriel Aubry over the holiday weekend.

When Aubry came to drop off daughter Nahla, he and Martinez got physical after Martinez reportedly told Aubry he needs to move on. Berry immediately moved inside with her daughter and called 911 while the men participated in a good old-fashioned fistfight. Martinez then performed a citizen’s arrest.

Aubry was arrested and treated for facial wounds. He was released from LAPD’s downtown jail on $20,000 bond. Aubry is scheduled to appear in court December 13th.

Martinez was also treated for facial wounds and cuts to his fists, apparently from Aubry's perfect cheekbones. Post-fight pictures of the two make it pretty clear that Aubry, the first to make a move, was the loser of this altercation. Not good for business when a model gets his face handed to him. Aubry is also suffering a few broken ribs.

Dang, Martinez. And for being ten years Aubry’s senior, too.

Berry is reportedly issuing a protective order against Aubry, keeping him away from herself, her daughter, and of course, Martinez. She is also insisting on police escorts and bodyguards.

The day after the fight, Berry took her daughter to see Yo Gabba Gabba. Hopefully this was enough of a distraction to the toddler to wipe out the memory of daddy and step-dad beating the stuffing out of each other on the day of the year where we are supposed to give thanks for family.
