'Grey's Anatomy' Season Finale Sneak Peek: Watch the First 6 Minutes [Video]

Last week's episode of "Grey's Anatomy," the penultimate episode of the season, ended with a plane crash involving a number of Seattle Grace's beloved surgeons. In this week's finale, we get to see who made it through the crash, and if you're impatient, it's your lucky day: ABC has released the first six minutes of the finale episode as a preview.

Here's the thing about the season finale: Shonda Rhimes told THR that there would be a "pretty big death" of a "main character" in this episode. So, with Derek, Meredith, Cristina, Lexie, Arizona and Mark involved in the crash, the question is this: which one of them isn't going to make it?

Judging by the clip, Meredith, Mark and Cristina seem to be okay. Arizona has seen better days, but is at least conscious, and Lexie is pinned pretty bad but is getting help. Derek, on the other hand, is missing... will Meredith be able to find him in time?

If you watch "Grey's Anatomy" regularly, you probably already know this, but the show can be a bit gruesome and this preview is no exception. Be warned, there's quite a bit of blood and, you know, plane crash type stuff.
