Beyonce and Jay-Z Living on Opposite Coasts, Separation Rumors Circulate

So-called friends of the couple have recently commented to certain media outlets that Jay-Z and Beyoncé are at odds over starting a family, and may possibly be undergoing a trial separation. Jay Z apparently wants kids right now, while Beyoncé does not. She want to focus on her career a bit more and not slow down for a family yet.

Beyoncé was out alone at the Grammys on Sunday night. That alone isn’t cause for speculation, because two busy music stars are often solo at events like this. But after he supposedly buys a house in LA while she remains in New York? Seems a bit...questionable.

Media Takeout recently reported on a rumor that the couple may be undergoing a trial separation.

Their source said, “"The biggest thing [they argue about] is about the kids, [Jay-Z] wants them and Beyonce doesn't. It’s all about her career and she doesn’t want to slow down. For now, Jay-Z’s going to be staying in L.A. Beyoncé will be in NY. The hope is that with the time apart, the couple will decide to either have kids, or go their separate ways.”

Now, how would a separation really help on the child issue?

The only thing it could do is make Beyoncé lonely. Would that make her want to have a baby and be with her husband? What if Jay Z decides he likes the quiet and doesn’t want a screaming baby in the house, but she has changed her mind?
