Glee's Sue Sylvester Is Getting Married!

Glee star Jane Lynch has revealed that her character, Sue Sylvester, is set to marry in the current series of the hit FOX TV show. According to Heat magazine, Lynch let slip the news during an interview saying: “Sue gets married - that's all I'm going to tell you. I probably shouldn't have said anything!”

 

The actress also went onto claim that the marriage is due to take place in the next three or four episodes as the show airs Stateside, but will NOT feature a big musical number unlike most big storylines in Glee.

 

It is currently unknown who the lucky man is that will whisk cheerleading coach Sue up the aisle, but we are pretty sure her groom won't be arch rival, Will Schuester.

 

Meanwhile, the actress also revealed more about the role Hollywood actress, Gwyneth Paltrow, will play in the series stating that her character develops a rivalry with Glee coach, Mr. Schue.

 

Lynch revealed: "She's a substitute teacher for Will. Will gets the monkey flu and I expose him to it - I turn a sneezing kid on him so that he gets the monkey flu."

 

"So Gwyneth Paltrow is the substitute, and the kids start to all love her. So there's kind of a rivalry between Schue and Gwyneth's character,”

 

She added: “I did a couple of scenes with Gwyneth. She's got the goods. She can sing, she can dance. I really was blown away."

 

"I saw them doing a mash-up of Singin' in the Rain and Umbrella, and they are singing and dancing their hearts out, and Gwyneth is leading them. She's amazing.”

 

The Iron Man actress will also reportedly be singing a cover of Cee Lo Green's hit single, F*** You, during an episode of the series.
